ORGANIC TENNIS

Organic Tennis is training that will not only improve your strokes, it will enable your mind and body to work together to improve your game, to help you to play in good health (to prevent injuries), and ultimately to develop your creative potential.

Organic Tennis is based on body learning. It works in private tennis lessons, individual body therapy or a combination of both. He also conducts workshops for groups.

This training does not differ so much from conventional processes.  It emphasizes certain fundamentals such as the point of impact, footwork and what we do between these points. What makes it especially effective is, it incorporates some resources to connect with our “organic wisdom” and bring that into our game, enhancing enjoyment and performance. 

Some examples of how Organic Tennis works include updating our way of breathing, sharpening all our senses, and developing a mindfulness attitude through attention exercises. This training helps you improve your fluidity, ease, confidence, intensity, comfort, elegance, calm, technique, concentration, and even efficiency in competition. Organic Tennis can help regulate ourselves emotionally so that frustration, internal demands or pessimism do not govern us. 

Organic Tennis not only helps on the court, but can unfold in your life in such a way that it  will help you lead a fuller and healthier life, taking advantage of all that you are.
